My curation
When I was asked to curate a collection of different pieces art, I decided to randomly choose work that inspires me in terms of colour and shapes. The result is a collection in which I very much see my own interests reflected. It is a mix of colourful landscapes, flowers, portraits, culture, impressionism, textiles, interiors, and Paris!
I love to visit museums to admire the works of the great masters such as Vincent van Gogh, Paul Gauguin, and Picasso. They inspire me to do what I like to do most, make art. The way they use all kinds of colours inspires me, so I am not surprised that these artists are well represented in this collection. And I see a lot of colours in my selection.
I love to live colourfully. This is not only reflected in my work but also in my daily life. Colours make me happy!
After collecting the cherries from the Prints and Fine Art collection, I got very much inspired, and I can't wait to make new work again!
